The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
This person should have experience performing administrative duties, email management, project management and house management.
To be successful in this position, you must be tech-savvy and have experience with word processing, Excel, Google Docs and email programs.
You must be a good listener with strong time-management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks.
You must also have a valid driver's license and working vehicle.
Responsibilities include:
Calendar Management Email Management Making travel arrangements Organizing and maintaining both company and personal files Coordinate projects with contractors, mechanics, handymen, IT, etc.
Scheduling appointments Errands Event planning/management House Management:
groceries, meal prep, tidying, laundry, organization Childcare (11&12 years):
driving to and from activities/appointments, homework help Pet care Occasionally helping in the dental office Full Time position mostly at the owner's home, some work from home, some local travel Must love dogs.
Family owns a Golden Retriever.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
