In this position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the administrative, financial and clinical operations of the ambulatory division, including IMG practices, Urgent Cares and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement goals and operational objectives for assigned units and implements procedures to achieve established goals and complete objectives, ensuring new and current programs are evaluated for success Develop an operational and capital budget for the designated unit Oversee the ambulatory management team to ensure initiatives and goals are successful from a global perspective Provide staff with feedback to ensure information accuracy, patient care quality and adherence to organizational policies, procedures and standards Collaborate with peers, practice providers, surgeons and leadership at all levels in all ambulatory clinical settings to identify opportunities to enhance clinical outcomes and increase patient safety
Qualifications:
BSN required, MSN preferred 5
years of health care leadership or management experience, preferably in position(s) that span across multiple physical locations Demonstrated management and leadership skills Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island Strong understanding of the theories, principles, policies and processes of ambulatory scope, including revenue cycle management and third-party reimbursement Understanding of operational and process improvement work Strategic planning experience, including ability to develop plans for opening and/or consolidation of various sites, as well as growing volume and practice efficiencies Experience developing, projecting and managing Operational and Capital Budgets Experience developing, implementing and tracking Quality Metrics and Key Performance Indicators Competent with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams Find your inspiration.
