You will report directly to the System Vice-President of Facilities & Operations Support.
Your duties will include:
Functioning as the primary administrative contact for executive leadership on biomedical technology issues Directing activities of the Bio-Medical (Clinical Engineering) department in the selection, procurement and delivery of biomedical equipment and services Ensuring all program elements are designed to comply with DNV and other regulatory inspection agency requirements, guidelines and standards Developing annual goals and objectives related to supporting the growth and development of the Bio-Medical department in response to present and future clinical needs Developing and managing the operational budget of the Bio-Medical department
Qualifications:
Associate degree required; Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred 7
years in medical or technical equipment operations and maintenance management 5
years of hospital Bio-Medical program management 5
years of experience managing a Robust Equipment Management Program and directing a medical service department Extensive healthcare and supervisory experience in Biomedical Engineering and specialized skills in evaluating national and local issues and trends in technology Ability to provide hospital leadership and direction regarding both new and existing technology Find your inspiration.
